I can't hook up with any ma routerboards in regional community if I've configured proxy in Windows. Winbox Will not need to have proxy for this connections. Winbox will need proxy only for Test new version of Winbox and update it.And its slow and laggy. Doubt It's going to improve, I believe less than hood There is certainly some gigantic framework
